This atmospheric unissued footage of Stepney in the 1960s includes sharp, atmospheric footage of Christian Street synagogue, and, at 1.33 on the timer onwards. a slow moving shot past the Jewish-owned businesses on the east side of Hessel Street, not long before it was all redeveloped.
