The building at 11–15 Casson Street is of 1987–8, three three-storey neo- Georgian brick single-family houses for the Bangladeshi-led Spitalfields Housing Co-operative (later Association), designed by Solon Co-operative Design Group (Dean La Tourelle, job architect), with Seaborn Kahane Architects overseeing building work by Peter Ling Construction Ltd.[^1]
